We set your station up with you on a call: pumps, tanks, prices, staff and PINs. Your team runs real shifts from day one. If it is not for you, nothing is charged and nothing is asked.
No. FuelSmart runs on the phones your attendants already carry and any computer the manager has. Meter readings are typed or photographed; no pump controller is required.
Your till or paybill is connected to your own Safaricom Daraja account, so every payment lands in FuelSmart within seconds and is matched to the attendant and shift. Safaricom's own charges stay between you and Safaricom; FuelSmart adds nothing per transaction.
It is built for the field. Screens load from the phone after the first visit, readings and shift entries are queued when the signal drops and sent when it returns.
Yes, on the Forecourt + Money and Group plans. Credit invoices are sent to KRA as you raise them, voids go as credit notes, and the printed tax invoice carries KRA's receipt number and QR.
You do. Every report, statement and ledger exports to CSV or Excel at any time. Switch a station off and its charge stops at the end of the month; the books stay readable to you.
